Party@Yours creates stunning and captivating pyrotechnic displays using both Category F2 and Category F3 fireworks.

Cat F2 and Cat F3 fireworks allow us to design spectacular displays for almost any venue, even if the grounds are within a relatively confined space.

We use the latest electronic firing systems to ensure the highest level of safety, split-second timing and pin-point accuracy for all of our displays.

Looking for that extra special moment?  We welcome the option to have one of your party members remote-fire the start of the display.  So whether it's the Birthday Guy or Girl or the Bride and Groom, they can electronically fire the start of a display using the latest Bluetooth technology from the safety and comfort of the viewing area.

All our pyrotechnic displays can be tailored to suit your venue and it's neighbouring surroundings.  We take the environmental impact of our displays very seriously, so feel free to put us in contact with your venue if they should have any questions or concerns regarding noise levels, fall-out debri (where applicable) and the site clean up.

Cat F2 Fireworks

Category F2 fireworks require the smallest safety distance to spectators, typically 8 metres or 15 metres.  F2 fireworks are designed for use in confined spaces such as gardens and small fields.  If your venue has a spectator safety distance of at least 8 metres but less than 25 metres, your display will consist of F2 fireworks.

IMPORTANT-  Party@Yours considers the minimum spectator safety distance to be 10 metres. For both event safety and insurance purposes, the safety distances are strictly enforced.

Cat F3 Fireworks

Category F3 fireworks are more powerful and require a spectator safety distance of at least 25 metres.  F3 fireworks are designed for use in large open spaces like fields and sports grounds etc.

Are F2 fireworks inferior to F3? Absolutely not! Both categories of firework pack-a-punch!  Yes, some F3 fireworks can give you a bigger bang and burst but in reality, with today's modern fireworks, it can often be difficult to tell them apart.  Without delving too deep into the science, this is because a firework is not classified on its bore size or performance as such, it is classified solely on the amount of gunpowder content within each single unit. F2 fireworks can contain anywhere up to 500g of gunpowder and F3 fireworks will contain anything over 500g.

All displays are subject to a mandatory site visit risk assessment which will be carried out before your event to ascertain the category required.

The Legal Bits

Fireworks are legal on any day of the year but there are restrictions on the time when fireworks can be let off.

It is illegal to let off fireworks after 11pm and before 7am in England, but with some exceptions. This legal time is extended to Midnight on Bonfire Night and 1am on New Years Eve, Diwali and the Chinese New Year.  In Scotland it is illegal to let off fireworks before 6pm.

It is illegal in the UK to let off fireworks in any public space which includes streets, parks, public fields and beaches etc.

In the UK the maximum permitted sound level of any firework is currently 120dB.  Bangers, Airbombs and Aerial Shells are now illegal in the UK.

It is not a legal requirement in the UK to inform your immediate neighbours if you are having a display but Party@Yours recommends that you do so out of common courtesy and for the comfort and protection of any neighbouring pets or animals.
